About Us
- We supply windows and doors only. We do not provide installation but can refer you to trusted installers if needed.

Scope of Supply
- Products supplied include windows, doors, and related components as specified in your order confirmation.
- Measurements, specifications, and suitability of products are the responsibility of the customer.
Privacy Policy
- We do not sell or share customer details with any third parties, nor do we store payment details.
- We may only share your details with delivery partners or with an installer, should you have previously agreed.
Quotations and Orders
- All quotations are valid for a 30 day period. This can be subject to change due to manufacturer price increases but you will be notified of this as soon as possible.
- Orders are confirmed only once the initial payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
- Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs and extended lead times.
Payment terms
- 70% of the total order value is payable upfront at the time of order confirmation.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid before delivery or collection of the goods.
- Goods will not be released for delivery or collection until full payment has been received.
- Late or non-payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order, with the deposit retained to cover costs incurred.
Delivery
- Initially, delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. You will receive notification of an exact delivery date closer to the time.
- Lead times may vary due to manufacturing schedules or factors outside of our control.
- We shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, transport providers, or events outside of our reasonable control.
- Any additional costs arising from failed or restricted delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to customer upon delivery.
Collection
- Customers will be notified when the goods are ready for collection.
- Collection must be made within the agreed timeframe.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are collected.
Inspection and Acceptance
- Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection.
- Any visible damage, shortages, or errors must be reported immediately or within 24 hours.
- Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
Returns and cancellations policy
- Made to measure or bespoke products are legally exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once production has commenced.
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing any refund or replacement.
Warranties
- Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible for defects caused by improper handling, storage, or installation.
Turnaround/Delivery/Collection
2-6 weeks depending on the products, Please request delivery charge at time of order.

Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
